2024 Pride Events
York – Saturday 1 June 2024
Each year York Pride celebrates the cities LGBTIQ+ community with a parade and festival which welcomes over 10,000 people. This annual event is the largest one day free festival within the York events calendar delivered by a committee of 20 volunteers.
Nominated for Event of the Year at the Visit York Tourism Awards taking place on 14th March 2024, York Pride looks to get bigger and better each year. With the arrival of three northern Drag Queens fresh from Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK Season 5, means 2024 is no exception.

Leeds – Sunday 21st July 2024
Make Sunday 21st of July the date for your summer social calendar because Leeds Pride is coming back! Last year saw the biggest-ever parade with over 167 businesses & organisations in attendance throughout the day. Organisers promise the 2024 event is going to be the biggest, boldest, and brightest Pride to date.
Leeds Pride is one of the largest one-day festivals in Yorkshire and a major contributor to the local economy, with a footfall of over 60,000 choosing to visit last year. The event will once again be free to attend and has seen numbers grow year on year, with more allies than ever before heading into the city to let their hair down and show their support.
As in previous years, Lower Briggate will host the main stage as well as an all-new second stage, whilst the legendary parade stage will remain at Millennium Square. New for 2024 is the addition of Call Lane, which will add a new dynamic to the day and see several more of the city’s most popular bars join in the fun.

UK Pride, Doncaster – Saturday 10th August 2024
Every year Pride Organisers up and down the country select one event to be the UK Pride of that year. Doncaster was chosen for 2024. It means it will be the focus event for the UK in 2024. That doesn’t mean we will be delivering an event that is massively different to the usual Doncaster Pride it means our event has been chosen as a showcase event for everyone.
So, there will be new features, it will be bigger, there will be more people visiting but it will still be the Doncaster Pride you all know… just more glitter and sparkle!
We need the folk of Doncaster to back us with this huge honour we’ve been given by welcoming new visitors, friends and loads of Pride Organisers from all over the UK, Europe, and the World. Doncaster will be the place to be!
